Payment Information

1. Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your card will not be charged until the day your order ships. We use SSL encryption on our secure online ordering system to protect your credit card information. You will see a padlock on the bottom of your screen (Netscape and Internet Explorer) when you have entered a secure section on our website. If you prefer, you may choose "Will Fax Credit Card Information" on the online order form. Fax your name, order number, credit card number, and expiration date to (916) 434-8705.

2. PayPal: You can choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, or bank account linked to your PayPal account. On order form select PayPal option, complete any remaining fields, and click "Continue" to use PayPal to pay for your order. You will login, select a funding source and then return to review and complete your order.

3. Checks or Money Orders: Select "Will Mail Payment" on the order form, and send us a personal check or money order. Checks must be drawn from a U.S. bank. Paying by check does slow down your order, as we don't process the order until your check is received and funds clear. Please be sure to write your order number on the check or money order.

Shipping Information

Orders for packages weighing 5 pounds or less are usually mailed via the US Postal Service (either Priority Mail, Parcel Post or First Class). Most orders for packages weighing over 5 pounds are shipped via UPS Ground.

We ship most orders within 2 to 8 business days. We will not charge your credit card until the day we ship your package. If, due to unforeseen events, an item is found to be out of stock when the order is being pulled for shipment, the item will be cancelled.

International orders are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail. The shipping rates shown are the minimum shipping rates. If the shipping rate is higher, we'll email you with an exact shipping rate once we calculate the weight and destination of the package. You'll have the option of proceeding or canceling the order.

You may also be required to pay import duties and taxes which are charged once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you directly to Customs. We have no control over these charges. You should contact your local postal or customs office for further information.

We have an annual 200 page scrapbook catalog available for $4 that includes over 10,000 scrapbooking, stamping, and craft supplies.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase. You may return any item (except books, videos and computer software) within 30 days of receipt. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges for the return. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. If paid by check or money order, we will issue you a check.
