Gum Arabic (USArtQuest)

Depending on the consistency of the paint, from thick to thin, various amounts of Gum Arabic can be used without altering the quality of the pigment or paint with which it is being mixed. Gum Arabic is also an excellent envelope glue. Mix into warm water until it is a light cream consistency and apply. Gum arabic is acid-free, archival, transparent, and non-yellowing. .5 oz jar.
